What to expect at your first visit
A calm, unhurried introduction to concierge pediatric GI care.
1. Request your visit
Book online or call us. We will collect a brief intake so Dr. Mendez can review your child's history in advance.
2. Share records
Send prior labs, imaging, endoscopy reports, and notes from other providers. We help coordinate the request if needed.
3. The first visit
A full 60 to 90 minute visit, in your home or via telehealth, with time to listen, examine, and build a plan together.
4. Written plan and follow-up
You leave with a written summary, clear next steps, and direct access to our team for questions as they come up.

Most new families are seen within a week, often the same week they reach out.
