Comprehensive Pediatric Gastroenterology Care
The comprehensive concierge model for families needing ongoing, specialized GI care with priority access and enhanced coordination.

per child, per year (or $400 / month)

Telehealth visits are included as part of membership benefits. Home visit fees are billed separately based on distance.

Rectal Disimpaction

A clinical pediatric GI procedure performed in the comfort of your home for children with significant stool burden or fecal impaction. Includes comprehensive assessment, safe procedural technique, necessary medical supplies, parent education, and a personalized post-procedure bowel regimen. Offered when clinically appropriate and at physician discretion. After-hours, weekend, or urgent visits may incur an additional surcharge.

PediGut Health is an out-of-network practice. Superbills are provided for families to submit to their insurance carrier for potential reimbursement.

Do you accept insurance?
PediGut Health is an out-of-network, direct-pay practice. We provide detailed superbills you can submit to your insurance carrier for potential out-of-network reimbursement. Procedures performed at hospitals or surgery centers are typically billed through insurance by the facility.
How is care delivered?
All care is delivered either via telehealth or in-home visits. Telehealth visits are billed as the clinical service fee only. In-home visits add a travel-based home visit fee, which is calculated from the PediGut Health Boca Raton office.
Do I have to be a member to be seen?
No. A la carte consultations and follow-ups are available to non-members and work well for second opinions or focused evaluations. Membership is best for families managing chronic or complex GI concerns who want ongoing access.
Will I know the cost before the visit?
Yes. An estimate of total fees, including any applicable home visit fee, is always provided before the visit.
